Delivery & Returns
Delivery costs will be charged in addition to the purchase price of the goods; we offer a flat rate $9.95 for delivery on all purchases within Australia.
We aim to get your purchase to you as quickly as possible, delivery usually taking between 2-7 days. Once your parcel is dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number from Sendle. From that point on, the risk of loss is transferred to you. We will assist you as best we can to ensure you receive your goods.
Belle Armoire is located within Australia, although we are happy to ship internationally. For a quote on international shipping, please email us on email@example.com.
Belle Armoire will accept a return in which the item/s are in new condition, unworn, unaltered, free of damages by the customer and with proof of purchase. If you decide the item ordered is not right for you, we are happy to exchange or provide a credit note to the value of the original purchase.
Any refund amount will be less the shipping charge of $9.95.
For any exchange or credit note, you need to contact us and return the item within ten days of receiving it. Refunds or credit notes are only processed once the original item has been returned to us. Our returns policy only applies to full price clothing; we do not offer returns of sale items, intimates or earrings.
